1. Shipping
All orders are shipped with care. Maison GG offers complimentary shipping across Australia. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

2. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at contact@maisongg.co. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Once received and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for banks or credit card providers to process the refund.

3. Exchanges
For exchanges, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for your desired item.

4. Damages or Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

5. Exceptions
Certain items are non-returnable, including custom or personalized items. If you are unsure, please contact us before purchase.

6. International Orders
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Returned items must meet the same eligibility conditions.
