Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 14-day return policy. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at contact@maisongg.co. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damages or issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Exchanges
If you would like a different item, return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we will refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank may take additional time to process the refund.

Exceptions
